VENUE MANAGER

  • 1-2 shifts per week
  • 8-10 hour shifts
  • Mostly weekend shifts with day/evening hours ending at 11pm
  • Some shifts extending until 1am

JOB DESCRIPTION
Independently manage events: oversee vendor load in, timeline, and overall production. 
Assist in management of Client & vendor needs (caterers, photographers, dj’s, rentals, etc). 
Ensure Client, vendor, & guest compliance with all house policies.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
A background in event production, wedding planning, catering, or service preferred.
Master problem solver and prioritizer.
Personable and customer service-driven.
Self-starting and time budgeting abilities.
Commitment to being thorough and efficient.
Excellent communication and successful team management skills.
Relationships with vendors and industry colleagues a plus.
Google Docs, iCal, and/or social media knowledge a plus.

WISHING WELL MANAGER

  • Part office / part event role
  • 2-4 office hours per week
  • 1-2 event shifts per month (10+ hour shifts, mostly weekend evenings)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Independently manage our in-house bar program. 
Coordinate with Clients on beverage, budget, and supply needs leading up to event.
Schedule and manage freelance bar staff, and bartend actual events as needed.
Ensure Client, vendor, & guest compliance with all house and OLCC policies.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
A strong background in bartending required.
Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets knowledge required.
Master problem solver and prioritizer.
Personable and customer service-driven.
Self-starting and time budgeting abilities.
Commitment to being thorough and efficient.
Excellent communication and successful team management skills.
Relationships with vendors and industry colleagues a plus.
