We are committed to the safety of our guests, staff, and vendors, and are taking sanitization of our venue more seriously than ever before, both in-between and during events. We are increasing airflow, frequently changing filters, and pulling outside air through our HVAC system, and dedicating staff to sanitizing routines for all touch-points throughout all hours of your event.  



Distanced

We have all grown accustomed to interacting 6-feet apart during these Covid times, but sticking to this is tough when friends and families are celebrating. To keep you and your guests safe, ceremony and reception seating will be spaced a bit farther apart than usual, with “quarantine bubbles” of up to 10 clustered together. Our Main Venue makes this wonderfully simple for up to the currently permitted max of 50 with plenty of space to spread out, and The Loft is able to be fully spaced into bubbles or “pods” for up to 40 guests. 


Special

We have always, and will always, have an open food catering and vendor policy at Union Pine. We aim to support as many small businesses as possible through our platform, and this policy allows us to welcome dozens of caterers every year, including many smaller and newer caterers, especially during a time when they need all the business they can get. We also LOVE that this allows weddings and events to be a personal reflection of our couples and clients. Due to the strict guidelines regarding service during Covid, we are restricting bar catering to the wonderful and knowledgeable ladies at Public Provisions. They are working with budgets and menus to ensure the best possible event with all the safety precautions in place, so we’re confident this will ease the stresses and elevate the experience!
